Bubba Sparxxx has been forced to begin paying back $29,266 state tax debt and admits to a much larger IRS debt.Sparxxx tells TMZ that he changed his deadbeat taxpayer ways. the rappers wages will be garnished by the state of Georgia to cover his nearly $30,000 debt. upon being questioned, he said "I was just having a good time and wasn't attending to a lot of issues.... I have stopped partying and hanging out" (more like stopped getting high and sipping syrup)
his debt to Georgia is only a fraction of what Bubba owes to the IRS, which he claims is roughly 10 times larger Sparxxx also said "I plan on paying my debt with my new album"
